Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience with strong portfolio showing landing and campaign pages
• Experience designing acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, and optimization for conversion
• Proficiency in Figma and collaboration with engineers and PMs
• Ability to run experiments with data (A/B tests, funnel metrics) and qualitative insights

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end acquisition and top-of-funnel design across landing pages, qualification flows, PLG tools, and onboarding
• Partner with product, performance marketing, and product marketing to improve conversion without hurting lead quality
• Prototype and ship tests quickly using AI-native workflows to reduce CPL and CPMQL
• Design modular landing page templates and CMS components for rapid launches
• Use funnel data and user research to identify drop-offs and improve retention
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to optimize the full customer journey across web and mobile
