Angel’s Web Team seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape how users discover, evaluate, and engage with Angel on the web. You will own acquisition, onboarding, and conversion experiences across Angel’s web ecosystem, partnering with Product, Marketing, Research, and Engineering to uncover opportunities and move ideas quickly to life.

You will use experimentation, analytics, user feedback, and AI tools (including Claude) to inform decisions, drive growth, and maintain high design quality.

Competenze

• 8+ years designing consumer-facing digital product experiences for web platforms.
• Portfolio required showing growth-focused design with experimentation and execution.
• Experience improving acquisition, onboarding, retention, or other growth metrics.
• Experience designing AI-powered product experiences using modern AI tools including Claude suite.
• Strong product thinking with ability to identify problems and drive initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Product, Marketing, Research, and Engineering teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to use data and research to inform decisions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and identifying high-impact opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to influence decisions across the organization.
• Strong facilitation skills leading design reviews and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborative, low-ego team member focused on outcomes over output.
• Naturally curious and proactive to improve the product and team.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.

• Design and optimize acquisition, landing pages, onboarding, and conversion experiences across Angel’s web ecosystem.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, conversion, and growth metrics.
• Define how the Guild experience is introduced to new users and connect Angel’s mission to members.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Research, and Engineering to uncover insights and rapid ideas.
• Use experimentation, analytics, user research, and feedback to inform decisions and validate solutions.
