Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Lead Product Designer to own Growth design — shaping experiences that reach the world and drive meaningful metrics. You’ll lead high-impact onboarding, activation, and monetization moments while collaborating with Growth, Product Marketing, and engineering to ensure cohesive funnel strategy.

We expect a strong track record in consumer/prosumer design, a data-informed approach to experimentation, and excellent UI/UX craft.

Qualifications

Experience designing consumer or prosumer products with a strong growth design track record.
Deep understanding of growth: onboarding, activation, acquisition, conversion, upsells, paywalls, retention.
A data-informed approach — fluent in experimentation, funnels, and metrics.
Experience partnering with Growth, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams on messaging and funnel strategy.
Comfortable thinking about 0-1 product design and large-scale optimization.
Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills.

Responsibilities

Lead product design for Growth across the full funnel — acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, upsells, and retention.
Design first-run and onboarding experiences that get users to value quickly.
Craft consumer acquisition and activation surfaces, and conversion/upsell flows including paywalls and pricing.
Partner with Growth and Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, landing experiences, and funnel strategy.
Design and run experiments, using data and usage to drive decisions and measure impact.
Ship features balancing established UI paradigms with novel AI applications.
