HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Compliance Analyst to lead advanced compliance activities for health-related administrative solutions such as HSAs, HRAs, FSAs, and related programs.

The role involves risk assessment, investigations, and corrective action development in an AI-enabled environment. The position reports to the Director of Compliance and requires 7+ years in relevant fields, with a focus on employee benefits compliance and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in risk management, governance, compliance, audit, finance, or project management.
• Experience in healthcare or financial services compliance.
• Certifications such as CRCM, CCEP, HSAS, or CFC are a plus.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Expertise in employee benefits compliance and related regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools while maintaining human accountability.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead design, implementation, and enhancement of the Product Compliance program and its processes.
• Apply regulatory judgment to complex inquiries and escalations.
• Lead appeals, interpret guidance, and prepare filings to resolve inquiries.
• Conduct monitoring, testing, reviews, and investigations to identify gaps and risks.
• Support MSP reporting, CCM, and complaint investigations.
• Perform nondiscrimination testing and training; advise clients accordingly.
• Ensure AI tools are integrated as standard infrastructure with human oversight.
