Job summary

HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Compliance Analyst for a remote role. You will lead development of the Product Compliance program, apply regulatory judgment to complex inquiries, and drive scalable, auditable processes across benefits programs.

The role reports to the Director of Compliance and requires 7+ years in risk or compliance with healthcare/financial services exposure. Onboarding includes onsite Trailhead sessions at times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 7+ years of equivalent work experience in risk management, governance, or compliance.
• Experience in healthcare or financial services compliance.
• Certifications (CRC M, CCEP, HSAS, CFC) are a plus.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Deep expertise in employee benefits compliance (COBRA, DCAP, FSA, HRA, HSA).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and enhancement of the Product Compliance program and related processes.
• Apply regulatory judgment to complex inquiries and escalations.
• Prepare filings and reports to resolve escalated inquiries.
• Conduct monitoring, testing, reviews, and investigations for control gaps.
• Support MSP reporting and change management activities.
• Conduct nondiscrimination testing and advise clients on questions.
