HealthEquity is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the HSA Core Product team. You will turn data into product decisions by analyzing trends in contributions, cash and revenue, and by building dashboards used by Product Managers and senior leadership.

In this remote role, you will work with AI tools daily and collaborate closely with product decision support and engineering teams to translate business needs into requirements and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field with demonstrated SQL expertise.
• Strong SQL skills - required.
• Experience in fintech, HSA, HRA, FSA, or another regulated financial services environment preferred.
• Active daily use of AI tools for data work; Claude preferred; other AI assistants welcome.
• Databricks and Databricks Genie experience a strong plus.
• Comfortable writing clear requirements and translating business needs for engineering teams.
• Comfortable presenting data-driven findings and recommendations to product leadership.

Responsabilités

• Analyze contribution balances, cash balances, and revenue trends to surface opportunities and headwinds across the HSA core product.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries against large relational datasets.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports used by Product Managers and senior leadership.
• Use AI tools daily for query writing, data exploration, and finding data issues; Databricks experience preferred.
• Collaborate with the Director of Product Decision Support and other data-focused teammates.
