HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the HSA Core Product team. You will turn data into product decisions, uncover trends, and help define requirements for payment and growth opportunities across HSA, HRA, and commuter benefits. Remote role with onboarding/travel considerations.

You’ll analyze balances and revenue trends, write advanced SQL, build dashboards, and present insights to leadership while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related field with SQL expertise.
• Experience writing and optimizing SQL against large relational datasets.
• Background in fintech or regulated financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contribution balances, cash balances, and revenue trends for the HSA core product.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries against large datasets.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports used by Product Managers and leadership.
• Use AI tools daily for query writing, data exploration, and issue detection.
• Partner with the Director of Product Decision Support and other data teammates.
• Contribute to requirements and business process definitions for product/engineering teams.
• Present findings to product leadership to inform decisions.
