Job summary

Lively is seeking a Senior Product Compliance Analyst to join our Legal & Compliance team and ensure HSA, FSA, and HRA products meet regulatory requirements. You will review marketing materials and assess risk for new features across product, engineering, and sales.

Experienced in product compliance and benefits administration with familiarity with ACH and card networks is needed. This remote-first role supports US teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in product compliance or regulatory affairs in HSAs or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of benefits regulatory requirements for tax-advantaged accounts.
• Ability to interpret IRS guidance and translate into product requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to brief cross-functional teams.
• Experience with HIPAA and data privacy considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal expertise on Lively's benefit products and serve as a compliance resource.
• Lead risk assessments for new features and AI-powered tools.
• Review marketing materials for UDAAP compliance and regulatory accuracy.
• Support audits and resolve regulatory questions from internal teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments and produce impact assessments.
