Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking a Senior Product Compliance leader to design and enhance the Product Compliance program for HSAs, HRAs, FSAs, and related benefits. You will serve as a senior escalation point for complex regulatory inquiries and lead investigations and corrective actions.

You will apply deep knowledge of COBRA, FSA, HRA, and HSA frameworks, influence cross-functional teams, and coach others while shaping compliant product experiences for American families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years in compliance, risk, audit, or finance, preferably in healthcare or financial services.
• Deep expertise in employee benefits compliance frameworks like COBRA, FSA, HRA, and HSA.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence outcomes and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance the Product Compliance program, including policies, procedures, and AI-enabled tools.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex compliance inquiries and regulatory appeals.
• Conduct compliance monitoring, testing, investigations, and corrective action planning.
