Job summary

HealthEquity seeks a Senior Product Compliance Analyst to lead advanced compliance activities for HSAs, HRAs, FSAs, DCAPs, and related programs. You will guide risk assessments, investigations, and corrective actions with AI-enabled tools, reporting to the Director of Compliance.

This remote role emphasizes scalable compliance processes, cross-functional collaboration, and defensible outcomes across HealthEquity's products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; Master's or JD preferred.
• 7+ years of equivalent work experience in risk management, governance, compliance, audit, or related roles.
• Experience in healthcare or financial services compliance is preferred.
• Certifications such as CRCM, CCEP, HSAS, or CFC are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the Product Compliance program, policies, and training including AI-enabled tooling.
• Apply regulatory judgment to complex inquiries and escalations with defensible rationale.
• Lead filings, reports and investigations to resolve escalated compliance matters.
• Conduct monitoring, testing, reviews, and investigations to identify gaps and drive action.
• Support MSP reporting, CCM, and complaint investigation activities as needed.
• Ensure AI tools are integrated as infrastructure while maintaining human accountability.
