The role supports regulatory compliance, market opportunity evaluation, and product improvements that improve competitiveness, profitability, and customer experience. Remote with travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance, employee benefits, healthcare financing, underwriting, product management, product development, account management, or related field.
• Experience with medical stop loss, level funding, self-funded employer health plans, employee benefits, health insurance products, or related healthcare coverage solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Employer Health Solutions products, including Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Plus program.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, operations, compliance, legal, actuarial, and marketing teams to design and implement product offerings.
