Partner Company is seeking a Sr Product Compliance Analyst based in the United States. The role strengthens regulatory compliance across healthcare and employee benefits solutions, blending regulatory judgment with risk assessment and strategic problem-solving.

You will lead complex reviews, work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation, and monitoring while ensuring accountability for decisions and interpretations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's or JD preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or financial services compliance.
• Knowledge of COBRA, DCAPs, FSAs, HSAs and related regs.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to scale compliance work.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and continuous improvement of the Product Compliance program.
• Apply regulatory judgment to complex questions and escalations.
• Prepare filings, reports, and responses to regulators.
• Conduct monitoring, testing, and investigations to identify risks.
• Support MSP reporting, CCM processes, and complaint investigations.
• Deliver nondiscrimination testing and regulatory guidance to clients.
• Integrate AI tools into workflows while maintaining accountability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to embed compliance in initiatives.
• Produce leadership briefings and audit-ready documentation.
• Maintain accurate compliance logs and records.
