Job summary

MNEE APP LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance to lead our U.S. compliance program across BSA/AML, sanctions, and consumer protection. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer and guiding our compliance team in a fast-moving fintech startup.

The role is remote with a preference for US-based applicants in the Eastern Time Zone. You will oversee policies, training, investigations, and risk assessment in a dynamic, growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; CAMS or CRCM certification preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in compliance roles in Fintech, Payment Systems, or Crypto, including at least 2 years leading or supervising a team.
• Experience with BSA/AML, OFAC sanctions, Regulation E, UDAAP, and other consumer compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance team and manage day-to-day activities.
• Monitor and improve BSA/AML, sanctions, and consumer compliance controls.
• Develop, update, and deliver training on relevant compliance topics.
• Coordinate responses to audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to implement compliant solutions.
