Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Business Analytics.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into deliverables and influence decisions through analyses.
• Hands-on SQL to explore data, validate numbers, and review dashboards.
• Experience working in agile/scrum teams and communicating with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and requirements gathering, map workflows, and document business rules and metrics.
• Interpret ambiguous requests and define prioritized requirements and plans.
• Query data with SQL to verify feasibility and drive data-driven decisions.
• Write user stories and help prioritize the backlog with the product team.
• Lead user testing, rollout, and collect feedback to shape iterations.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment across Advisory and D&T with regular updates.
