Job summary

CBRE Sr. Data Analyst will perform analyses to back recommendations with sound data research. The role sits within the Data Science & Analytics function, focusing on reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes for business intelligence.

The candidate will coordinate data aggregation, develop data pipelines, and present detailed data stories to stakeholders across the organization. Collaboration with an agile team and strong data quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using BI and reporting apps.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize information to generate insights.
• Define data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests.
• Use programming and evaluation tools, including open-source programs to plan models and extract insights.
• Identify opportunities to maximize data usage and apply modeling to improve business performance.
