Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Product Analyst to partner with Product Managers and Actuaries, delivering analyses and actionable recommendations to support initiatives. This role emphasizes quantitative and qualitative data, reporting, and process improvement in a Seattle-based environment.

You will analyze product performance, contribute to rate/form filings, and build scalable data models while collaborating across teams to drive profitable growth and better customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent in quantitative field or related experience.
• 1 year of experience in property and casualty insurance is required.
• 3+ years in analytical roles pricing insurance products or similar work is required.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data visualization to drive insights.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage expectations; prioritize workload and communicate status.
• Perform semi-complex analysis to evaluate performance and identify trends.
• Document workflows and business processes.
• Contribute to strategies for profitable growth using data and qualitative insight.
• Compile materials for rate and form filings.
