Job summary

PEMCO in Seattle, WA seeks a Principal Product Analyst to conduct advanced quantitative analysis of property & casualty products, shaping Product strategy with insights. You will lead cross-functional projects, develop data strategies, and mentor analysts while tracking KPIs and driving efficiency across PEMCO's data warehousing and processes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in corporate analytics, strong SQL, data visualization, and communication skills, with proficiency in Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

• S. degree or equivalent work experience (Business, Economics, mathematics, or other quantitative fields) is required.
• Graduate or other professional degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate analytical roles with increasing scale, scope and complexity involving pricing insurance products (or similar work) including experience in integrating, managing and manipulating large data files from various corporate systems and external sources is required.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, activities, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analysis to evaluate product performance and track key performance indicators against targets.
• Present analysis and data visualizations to stakeholders and executives clearly and persuasively.
• Represent Product in cross-functional projects and develop company data strategy.
• Plan and manage large-scale, complex projects independently.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and share best practices.
• Identify enhancements and efficiency gains in data strategy and warehousing.
