PEMCO is seeking a Product Analyst to partner with Product Managers and Actuaries, delivering analyses and recommendations to support PEMCO's initiatives. The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

Residents of WA, OR, OH, IL, MN, NC, SC, FL, AZ, or TX are eligible, with occasional travel to the Seattle headquarters.

Qualifications

• S. degree or equivalent work experience (Business, Economics, mathematics, or other quantitative fields of study)

Responsabilités

• Perform semi-complex analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends and issues for products, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Document system workflows and business processes.
• Contribute to short and long-term strategies for profitable growth using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Prepare materials for rate and form filings.
• Plan and manage small to medium scale projects.
• Query databases to generate scheduled and ad hoc reports to support department goals.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with PEMCO's policies, values, and ethics.
• Support PEMCO Brand and help attract top talent to fulfill our mission.
