Job summary

Burson, part of WPP, seeks a Senior Producer/Editor PM for our TWITCH LAB to own operations, client workflow, resources, and project delivery. You will coordinate end-to-end experiences within strict hour-0 to hour-24 turnaround windows during reputational threats.

You’ll bridge account leads, creative specialists, legal governance, and AI platforms to ensure accurate scoping, flawless execution, and timely delivery across studio engagements in a fast-paced, hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative project management, agency production, or studio operations.
• Agile workflow expertise for rapid-turnaround video, design, and copy projects.
• Strong financial and scoping acumen with ability to estimate and track budgets.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management under high-pressure conditions.
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Rapid-Response Production & Workflow Management: manage intake, scoping, schedules, and asset delivery for Twitch LAB projects.
• Full Content Lifecycle Execution: drive rapid-response workflow from requests to final deployment, including legal sign-off.
• Tool & Platform Management: oversee tracking/tools (Asana), review platforms (Frame.io, Vimeo), and asset archives.
