Job summary

Burson, part of WPP, is seeking a sharp Copy and Content Executive for its TWITCH Lab. This hybrid role blends strategic intelligence with rapid copy development, leveraging generative AI to craft content addressing reputational challenges for diverse stakeholders.

You will partner with teams analyzing listening data and sentiment trends to rapidly generate narrative options and cross-platform content, while maintaining brand voice and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in corporate copywriting, strategic planning, or PR communications within an agency or corporate environment.
• Demonstrated expertise using generative AI text tools to accelerate research, brainstorming, and copy generation.
• Exceptional writing and design skills with ability to craft persuasive copy under tight deadlines.
• Data and sentiment savvy, comfortable working with media listening data and audience insights.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate strategic rationale to internal and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Strategy & Intelligence Integration: Translate real-time media monitoring and sentiment inputs into compelling copy.
• Identify AI use cases to accelerate analysis, message customization, and audience-targeted content for quick-turn client needs.
• Copywriting & Content Development: Write clear, authoritative copy for largely digital content, adapt for multiple channels.
• Multi-Channel Adaptation: Tailor content for investors, employees, media, regulators while preserving brand voice.
• AI-Assisted Drafting: Use AI tools and prompts to rapidly draft and iterate content options.
• Collaboration & Quality Control: Ensure materials meet brand, legal standards and tone; work with Creative Directors and account leads.
