Burson seeks a visionary and agile AI-enabled Creative Director to lead the creative direction for our newly concepted TWITCH LAB—a rapid-response capability delivering quick-turn creative assets for client needs.

As the lab's creative lead, you will oversee concepting and execution of fast-turn assets—from digital content to executive videos—partnering with senior account leads, clients, data and intelligence teams, and the wider Burson creative studio.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive creative leadership.
• Experience leading AI-enabled campaigns and integrated teams.

Responsibilities

• Creative Vision & AI Innovation: Set the creative benchmark for the TWITCH LAB, blending technology with earned-first storytelling.
• Rapid-Response Concepting: lead quick-turn variants across digital, social, video, and executive channels.
• Oversight of Function and Execution: supervise lab outputs and foster a culture of fast, high-quality work.
• Governance & Quality Control: ensure brand standards, visual consistency, and ethical AI practices.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Consultation: present concepts to executives and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
