Job summary

Burson Creative is seeking a visionary and agile AI-enabled Creative Director to lead the creative direction for the newly concepted TWITCH LAB—an AI-enabled rapid-response capability. You will blend generative AI tools with human craft to produce quick-turn assets for clients across digital channels.

You will supervise conception and execution of rapid-turn content, collaborating with senior account leads, clients, data teams, and the broader creative team to drive reputation-building content

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive creative experience.

Responsibilities

• Creative Vision & AI Innovation: define the creative standard for the TWITCH LAB blending tech with storytelling.
• Rapid-Response Concepting: lead compressed timelines producing rapid-response variants across digital, social, video, and executive channels.
• Oversight of Function and Execution: oversee use of the Twitch Lab and drive speed and scale in projects.
• Governance & Quality Control: ensure brand integrity, visual consistency, IP compliance; champion ethical AI workflows.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Consultation: present concepts to C-suite and mentor a multidisciplinary studio team.
