Job summary

Burson, part of WPP, seeks a Senior Producer/Editor PM for the Twitch Lab to lead fast-paced, end-to-end production operations. You’ll own intake, scoping, scheduling, and asset delivery for AI-enabled rapid-response projects, interfacing with account leads, creative teams, and governance partners.

You will manage budget estimates, track costs, and ensure legal/IP compliance, while guiding a hybrid team through tight hourly windows and high-stakes reputational work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative project management, agency production, or studio operations.
• Proven ability to manage rapid-turnaround video, design, and copy projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong track record of scoping complex projects and tracking financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead Lab Operations: manage intake, project scoping, production schedules, and asset delivery.
• Drive the rapid-response workflow from initial requests to legal sign-off and final deployment.
• Oversee project tracking tools and asset archives, establishing file management standards.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for account leads and clients, clarifying briefs.
• Develop budget estimates, track utilization, and report financial projections.
