Burson Creative is seeking a visionary AI-enabled Creative Director to lead our newly conceived TWITCH LAB, an AI-enabled rapid-response capability delivering quick-turn creative assets for client needs. Responsibilities include overseeing rapid-content development across digital, video, and infographics while shaping reputation-driven content.

Qualifications

8–10+ years of progressive creative leadership experience within an agency, production studio, or corporate communications environment.
AI competency: experience and knowledge of generative AI creative tools (text, image, video, voice, and workflow automation).
Proven track record of developing high-stakes corporate messaging, crisis responses, executive decks, and brand reputation campaigns.
A strong portfolio showcasing innovative visual and narrative campaigns, high-end content execution, and creative leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the creative direction for our AI-enabled TWITCH LAB and rapid-response campaigns.
Oversee quick-turn asset development from ad-like digital content to executive videos and infographics.
Partner with senior account leads, clients, data and intelligence teams, and the broader creative team to produce reputation-driving content.
