Burson is seeking a versatile Senior Content & Motion Creative to join its TWITCH LAB, an AI-enabled rapid-response unit. You will craft visuals across graphic design, motion, video editing, and photography, thriving in fast-paced settings and adapting to evolving campaigns.

You’ll lead rapid production, direct shoots, and generate AI-assisted variants while upholding top-quality standards and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in video production, motion graphics, graphic design, and camera capture within an agency, media company, or studio environment.
• Expert proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on skill using generative AI image/video tools to augment visual production.

Responsibilities

• Multidisciplinary design and motion execution across assets.
• Direct run-and-gun shoots and rapid production workflows.
• Leverage generative AI tools to generate image/video variants while maintaining high technical standards.
• Deliver under tight deadlines with calm under pressure.
