Burson, part of WPP, is seeking a versatile Senior Content & Motion Creative to join our TWITCH LAB. In this multidisciplinary role, you will be the key visual builder for our AI-enabled rapid-response unit—turning strategic concepts into finished, polished creative work across graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and camera/photography capture.

You are a true hybrid creator who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in video production, motion graphics, design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end motion design and video editing.
• Experience with run-and-gun shoots and studio setups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design & motion execution across campaigns.
• Create and edit assets for video, social and digital platforms.
• Direct shoots and collaborate with writers and producers when needed.
