Job summary

Aston Carter seeks a Procurement Specialist to support the Buying Team in expanding product selection, onboarding vendors, and managing pricing and catalogs. You will own procure-to-pay activities, resolve invoice issues, and maintain supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role is based in Bellevue, WA, with on-site requirements and a contract arrangement. You will coordinate NDAs, RFPs, and vendor communications to ensure accurate records and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of purchasing and procurement experience.
• Experience with RFPs, vendor management, and pricing analysis.
• Ability to manage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes.
• Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Buying Team by expanding product selection and onboarding vendors.
• Maintain catalog content, including cost, pricing, and images.
• Coordinate new product launches from setup to sale readiness.
• Manage daily vendor relations and ensure timely follow-up.
• Provide backup to Control Buyer and own procure-to-pay activities.
• Resolve invoice issues and ensure accuracy in supplier payments.
• Support NDAs, RFPs, and vendor outreach; maintain procurement records.
