Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Procurement Senior Specialist to lead category management and strategic sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with business stakeholders, optimize supplier relationships, and drive value through data analysis, competitive bidding, and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic sourcing activities across multiple categories.
• Ability to develop category plans and drive supplier performance improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs) and supplier selection aligned with category strategies.
• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Analyze spend data and communicate Total Cost of Ownership impacts to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, performance management, risk mitigation, and contract compliance.
• Monitor category performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Negotiate and manage commercial and legal terms with internal stakeholders.
• Lead process improvements and support business planning activities.
• Build relationships across the organization to drive alignment and execution.
