Job summary

Aston Carter is hiring a Buyer III for a Fortune 500 company. This fully onsite contract role is based in Bellevue, WA, and supports a dynamic buying team by expanding product selection, onboarding new vendors, and maintaining the product catalog.

You will coordinate new product launches from setup to go-live, manage vendor relationships, and assist procurement, pricing analysis, and data accuracy using ERP and planning tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of buying experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience with RFPs, vendor management and pricing analysis.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external vendors.
• Familiarity with ERP/planning tools and product catalog maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new vendors and set up new items in the product catalog.
• Maintain product catalog with cost, pricing, content and images.
• Coordinate new product launches from setup through go-live.
• Manage vendor relationships and NDA compliance.
• Support procurement and sourcing activities including RFPs and pricing analysis.
• Use ERP and planning tools to support purchasing and supply chain coordination.
• Prioritize multiple vendor interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reach business goals.
