Job summary
MasTec Renewables is seeking a Senior Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement strategy and execution across our renewable projects. You will lead field purchasing and category teams, develop compliant processes, and drive supplier collaboration to ensure continuity of supply.
Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in construction procurement, strong negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of ERP and procurement software.
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
- Seven+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in construction.
- Experience negotiating terms, master service agreements, NDAs, and related contracts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Field Purchasing Manager and Category Buyers.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, regulations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with IT to implement procurement software and tools.
- Provide contract negotiation guidance and oversight of master agreements.
- Track and report on procurement metrics and KPIs.
