Rosendin, a leading employee‑owned electrical contractor in the United States, seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist to plan, forecast, source electrical materials, and manage logistics on high‑profile projects.

In this role you’ll lead purchasing initiatives, develop specs, draft RFPs, evaluate bids, and ensure policy compliance from award through closeout, while mentoring junior buyers and collaborating with estimators, design professionals, and site managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related discipline.
• 5+ years electrical construction purchasing experience.
• Experience with procurement policies and vendor management.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid invitations and RFPs, manage logistics and packaging.
• Process complex purchasing transactions per laws and policies.
• Assist with specification development and RFP drafts.
• Review purchases to ensure justification and policy compliance.
• Oversee purchasing from award to closeout.
• Collaborate with estimators, design professionals and site management.
