Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Procurement Team Lead to manage a working team responsible for engineered equipment, materials, and small tools. This role combines hands-on procurement execution with mentoring and leadership across the region.

You will oversee bidding processes, supplier negotiations, and contract administration while driving efficiencies and process improvements. A strong background in electrical procurement and supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical procurement experience.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and mentor the working team on performance goals and expectations.
• Oversee procurement from pre-bid closeout with adherence to policies and documentation.
• Manage procurement and cost-saving initiatives within the assigned region.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff and collaborate with Regional Procurement Manager.
• Support estimating by obtaining supplier quotes for materials and equipment.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and coordinate with attorneys and senior management on contracts.
• Oversee RFP/RFQ processes and supplier qualification.
• Lead supplier relationship management and drive procurement value across regions.
