Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Procurement Team Lead to manage a working group responsible for procurement of engineered equipment and materials. You will mentor agents, ensure policy compliance, and drive cost savings across regions within a leading employee-owned electrical contractor.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in electrical procurement, with strong vendor management, negotiation, and analytics skills. This is a on-site California position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years electrical procurement experience.
• Experience supervising procurement staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor procurement agents and senior agents.
• Oversee procurement from pre-bid to closeout and ensure policy adherence.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with estimating and contracts teams on bids and awards.
• Develop procurement analytics and reporting to improve margins.
