Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage purchases of electrical equipment, construction materials, and subcontracts for multiple projects. You will work with project managers and field teams to source materials, issue POs, and track orders in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires knowledge of procurement techniques, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; Oracle experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced business environment and electrical construction procurement experience.
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive requisitions for materials and equipment from project managers and field operations.
• Review and source materials and equipment per company practices and procedures.
• Solicit quotations from vendors and present findings to management for best value.
• Generate and distribute purchase orders.
• Track and expedite orders and maintain procurement scheduling.
