Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Team Lead to manage a working group responsible for the procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials, and small tools and supplies. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution to meet project needs.

You will mentor Procurement Agents, foster cost savings, ensure policy compliance, and support bid activities while coordinating with estimating, legal, and project teams across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of electrical procurement experience.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, contract terms, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement from pre-bid closeout and supplier qualification.
• Negotiate terms and monitor bid processes (RFP/RFQ).
• Mentor Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents.
• Collaborate with Center of Excellence on category strategies.
