Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Procurement Specialist to handle purchasing of electrical equipment, construction materials, and subcontracts. You will manage suppliers, forecast needs, and optimize procurement workflows across multiple projects while supporting estimating and submittals.

Qualifications

Knowledge of electrical equipment and construction materials.
2 years' experience in a fast-paced procurement environment (electrical construction).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with computer software; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive verbal and written requisitions for materials and equipment from project managers and field operations.
Review and source materials and equipment in accordance with company practices and procedures.
Solicit quotations from vendors, analyze and present findings for best value.
Generate and distribute purchase orders per procedures.
Track and expedite existing orders; update procurement scheduling.
Support estimating with vendor budget quotations for bids.
Prepare submittal documentation for project managers.
Perform additional duties as directed by management.
