Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Team Lead to manage a work group responsible for procuring engineered equipment, commodities, and materials.

This working manager role combines leadership with hands-on procurement, mentoring staff, and ensuring processes align with policy and bid requirements. The team collaborates with Estimating, Legal, and Senior Management to optimize cost, schedule, and supplier performance while driving process standardization across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; electrical procurement experience.
• 5+ years of electrical procurement experience.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a working team of Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents.
• Oversee procurement from pre-bid closeout to award.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and coordinate with attorneys and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and documentation requirements.
• Lead regional procurement activities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare budget quotations and support bidding processes.
