Job summary

Rosendin Electric seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage electrical equipment purchases, materials sourcing, and subcontract issuance. You will forecast needs, coordinate with procurement and project teams, and optimize supplier performance.

Required at least 2 years in fast-paced electrical procurement, strong communication, and MS Office fluency; Oracle preferred. This full-time onsite role offers ESOP, 401k, annual bonus, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ procurement experience in a fast-paced electrical environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical equipment and construction materials.
• Familiarity with procurement policies and accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive requisitions and source materials/equipment for projects.
• Solicit quotations, evaluate options, and present findings to management.
• Generate and track purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Expedite orders and maintain procurement scheduling.
• Assist estimating with vendor budgetary quotes for bids.
