Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source electrical equipment and construction materials for multiple projects. You will manage requisitions, source vendors, issue purchase orders, and track orders to meet deadlines.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in electrical procurement, and strong computer skills (MS Office; Oracle preferred). This is an on-site position with growth potential at a leading shareholder-owned contractor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in electrical procurement.
• Knowledge of procurement techniques, procedures, policies, and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receive requisitions from project managers and field ops.
• Source materials and equipment per established procedures.
• Solicit quotations from vendors.
• Review, analyze and present findings to management for best value.
• Generate and distribute purchase orders per established procedures.
• Track and expeditie existing orders.
• Update procurement scheduling in the system.
• Support estimating with vendor budget quotes.
• Prepare submittal documentation for project managers.
