Bedrosians Tile and Stone is seeking a Purchasing/Procurement Manager to partner with leadership and shape the company’s procurement strategy. You will establish stocking levels, analyze sales trends, and manage product launches with the CFO to align with Open to Buy and budgets.

You will optimize inventory, negotiate with suppliers, build vendor relationships, and lead the purchasing team to deliver timely materials and cost savings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in purchasing/procurement or supply chain roles with increasing leadership responsibility
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills
• Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting proficiency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and deadline-focused

Responsabilités

• Develop procurement and planning strategy with leadership.
• Negotiate cost savings opportunities with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Maintain Open to Buy and inventory controls; track and adjust plans as needed.
• Manage purchasing budgets and vendor relationships for cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop the purchasing team; implement process discipline and tech.
• Partner with product, marketing, and finance teams on launches and pricing analytics.
