Job summary

Bedrosians Tile and Stone is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, inspect pallets, and assist customers with loading orders. The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, adherence to invoicing protocols, and safe handling of products in a fast-paced environment.

You will help with receiving, cycle counts, and communicating any discrepancies to leadership while maintaining a high standard of customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Verbal English communication is required.
• Close attention to details and high accuracy.
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to go the extra mile.
• Flexible work schedule is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Manage inventory, conduct cycle counts, and assist with counts.
• Report inventory discrepancies to branch manager.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading vehicles and invoicing protocol.
• Follow receiving protocol, including product inspections.
• Maintain breakage list and report weekly.
• Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment daily; report issues.
• Communicate with customer service on order discrepancies.
• Ensure cleanliness and stock in Factory Outlet and slab yard.
• Assist clients with product/order questions.
• Pull stock orders and branch transfers for timely processing.
• Uphold safety protocol and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism.
