Arizona Tile is seeking a Purchasing & Supply Chain Specialist to support purchasing, inventory planning, and movement of materials to distribution centers. You will manage purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate customs clearance with suppliers and carriers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in purchasing/logistics, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of international freight operations. The role is on-site in Tempe, with a team-focused, family-like culture.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in purchasing, logistics, international transportation, trade compliance, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of ocean freight, customs, drayage, and import operations.

Responsabilidades

• Support purchasing, inventory planning, and movement of materials to distribution centers.
• Create and manage purchase orders for stock, special orders, and projects.
• Track ocean shipments and coordinate customs clearance, carrier release, and container recovery.
• Provide container updates and inbound forecasts to distribution centers.
