Qualifications

• 5+ years in process improvement, business transformation, or management consulting.
• 5+ years managing projects and deliverables.
• 4+ years direct people management experience.
• Hybrid position with required on-site presence at designated office.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation teams from scoping through implementation and handoff.
• Mentor a team of Process Associates and Managers toward high performance.
• Leverage analytics and AI-driven automation to modernize workflows.
• Identify AI-assisted workflows to speed up processes and ensure audit-readiness.
• Partner with executives to define and execute the transformation portfolio.
• Oversee end-to-end redesigns using Lean, Six Sigma and design thinking.
• Deliver data-driven business cases and strategic roadmaps to the C-suite.
• Lead change management strategies for sustainable adoption.
• Establish KPIs and governance to measure business impact.
