Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own process improvement initiatives across Pulse Operations, prioritizing strategies that drive the highest efficiency and scale.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation tools and AI capabilities to make existing debit networks workflows better, faster, and more automated.
• Collect operational data and leverage reporting to provide transparent, actionable insights to senior leadership and executives regarding network performance, disputes, fraud, and settlement.
• Monitor processes to track and resolve operational breakdowns, drive issue resolution and risk mitigation activities.
• Design the entire process lifecycle by understanding customers’ needs—from identifying a bottleneck and developing the technical solution to planning execution and implementation into production.
• Develop and maintain formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams
• Direct and guide project teams and/or cross‑functional stakeholders —including Product, Technology, Training, and Monitoring—as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to achieve desired operational outcomes and ensure seamless adoption of new processes.
• May lead a team and/or direct others on projects
