Capital One in Chicago is seeking a Manager, Process Management to lead initiatives across process improvement, analytics, and technology enablement within Network Risk Operations. You will partner with diverse teams to translate needs into actionable, scalable solutions and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, governance, and the delivery of measurable operational improvements in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
At least 3 years of experience in Process Management, Risk Management, or Business Analysis.
At least 2 years of experience in Project management.
At least 1 year of experience using Google AI tools.

Mansioni

Lead complex operational initiatives spanning process improvement, reporting and insights, technology enablement, and scalable business solutions.
Partner with operational teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and translate needs into actionable recommendations.
Leverage data, process knowledge, and stakeholders input to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
Determine the appropriate solution based on business need, including process improvements, dashboards, digital tools, automation, AI-enabled solutions, or enablement strategies.
Identify opportunities to develop reusable and scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve consistency across teams.
Support the development and evolution of reporting, metrics, dashboards, and analytical solutions that improve visibility and decision-making.
Move solutions from concept through implementation and adoption in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Evaluate emerging technologies and identify practical opportunities to apply them within operations.
