Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience. Six Sigma, Lean, Change Management or Agile certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business transformation, or management consulting.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects and deliverables.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation teams from scoping through implementation and handoff to deliver sustainable change.
• Direct, mentor, and develop a team of Process Associates and Managers, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
• Evaluate and leverage technologies, analytics, and AI-driven automation to modernize workflows and accelerate transformation.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted workflows and generative AI tools to make processes faster, more automated, and audit-ready.
• Partner with executives to define, prioritize, and execute transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee cross-functional end‑to‑end process redesigns using Lean, Six Sigma, and design thinking to drive measurable outcomes.
• Deliver data‑driven presentations and strategic roadmaps to C‑suite to influence decisions.
• Lead change management strategies to ensure adoption and long-term sustainability of transformed processes.
• Establish KPIs and governance to track the business impact of transformation portfolios.
• Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification.
