Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Process Manager, Process Transformation in Richmond, VA to lead high-impact strategic transformation initiatives and coach a team of process improvement professionals. You will bridge executive strategy with tactical execution, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and AI-enabled methods to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance client experiences.

You will oversee end-to-end redesigns, establish governance and KPIs, and deliver data-driven roadmaps to C-suite

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business transformation, or management consulting.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience
• 6+ years of experience leading enterprise-level process transformation programs in financial services

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide transformation teams from scoping through implementation and handoff.
• Direct, mentor, and develop a team of Process Associates and Managers.
• Evaluate and leverage analytics, AI-driven automation to modernize workflows.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted workflows and generative AI tools.
• Partner with executives to define and execute the portfolio of initiatives.
