Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
• At least 2 years of experience in BPM, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and own process improvement initiatives across Pulse Operations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation tools and AI capabilities to improve workflows.
• Collect operational data and provide insights to senior leadership on performance, disputes, fraud and settlement.
• Monitor processes to track and resolve breakdowns, drive issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Design the entire process lifecycle from needs through production deployment.
• Develop and maintain formal process documentation including procedures and flow diagrams.
