Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• At least 2 years of BPM/PM/Relationship/Risk Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own process improvement initiatives across Pulse Operations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation tools and AI capabilities to optimize workflows.
• Collect operational data and leverage reporting to provide actionable insights to senior leadership regarding network performance, disputes, fraud, and settlement.
• Monitor processes to track and resolve operational breakdowns, drive issue resolution and risk mitigation activities.
• Design the entire process lifecycle by understanding customers’ needs—from bottleneck to production deployment.
• Develop and maintain formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams.
• Direct and guide project teams and cross-functional stakeholders as SME to achieve desired operational outcomes and ensure seamless adoption of new processes.
• May lead a team and/or direct others on projects.
