Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• At least 2 years of experience in BPM, PM, or Risk Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day oversight of multiple business processes with improvement focus.
• Collect, analyze and report process data for leadership review.
• Maintain formal process documents, diagrams and business cases.
• Collaborate on cross-functional change initiatives and train internal customers.
